  Disappointed by my recent experience here. I needed to make a return and the sales associate didn't even deign to help because I was a couple days outside of the 30 day return policy. That's fine, I understand that the company has policies, but it was the attitude of the associate that took me by surprise. At this price point, Cole Haan sales associates should be trained to be more adept at customer service than they appear to be. I'm disappointed that she couldn't even bother to try to find a way to help a customer out.

  I've been shopping here ever since I moved back to Monterey and now own about 6-7 pairs of shoes from Cole Haan. The store has since been under new management, making it such a great experience now. The quality of service from all staff, managers and associates, has been top notch.
